1. Sourcing & Verification
100% Free of Upfront Charges. For our Strategic Partners, we remove the risk. Preliminary market analysis, manufacturer verification, and availability checks are conducted at our expense to accelerate the decision-making process.
2. Regulatory Dossier
Included in the Product Price. We do not charge separately for documentation. Full technical dossiers (Legalized GMP, CoA, Artwork translations) required for Ministry of Health applications are included in the final unit price.
3. Pricing Policy
Open Book Model. We operate on a transparent "Cost-Plus" basis. You receive the Manufacturer’s Ex-Works price plus our fixed Operational Margin (typically 20%), covering logistics coordination, compliance audits, and financing.
4. Minimum Volume Policy
Quality Assurance Floor. To maintain the highest standards of GMP compliance and logistics safety for niche products, we apply a minimum service fee floor (€2,100) for low-volume orders. This ensures that even small batches receive full regulatory due diligence.
PROCESS
How We Work
Step 1: Feasibility Check (24h) You provide the molecule name. We confirm availability, price range, and GMP status.
Step 2: Reservation & Compliance Upon signing our Sourcing Order, we secure the stock and release the full Regulatory Dossier (Manufacturer Name, Certificates) necessary for your Import Permit application.
Step 3: Delivery & Release Once the permit is granted, we handle export clearance and air freight. All service fees are settled within the final product invoice.

Why do we require a Sourcing Order? Sourcing strictly regulated pharmaceuticals requires legally binding verification. The Order protects both parties and ensures compliance with EU GDP standards before sensitive data is exchanged.
Do you handle legalization and translations? Yes. Our local team in Shenzhen manages the entire legalization process (including Apostille) and provides certified translations of SmPCs and Leaflets required by European Authorities.
